All prices are F.O.B. Virginia, Minnesota, USA. Payment terms are net 30 days from the date of invoice, per
pre-approved credit. Payments are accepted by cash, check, credit card or electronic fund transfer. Accounts over
30 days or more past due will be subject to a charge of 1.5% of the unpaid balance for each month past due.
Accounts within Minnesota will be charged Minnesota sales tax if the proper Minnesota sales tax exemption form is not
provided. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
