5-foot modular sections bolt end to end and pivot down individually for unprecedented ease of maintenance.
Upper mounting flanges bolt/weld to existing chutework and 3" angles provide additional support. Additional

WEARLINERS
  • Bolt in and are adjustable and designed to turn over
    for twice the life.
  • Available in several materials including AR Plate,
    Chrome overlay, various hard cast alloys, ceramic and

    specific liner availability and pricing)
  • Wearliners attach with exclusive patented LINER-
    LOCK™ system so liners will not lower to belt from
    impact or vibration.

EZ-ACCESS® PIVOTABLE™ SYSTEM
SPECIFICATIONS
MATERIAL
¼" (6mm) mild steel laser cut precision-formed plate.End
flanges include ¾” bushings for durability and easy
panel rotation. Panels and mounting flanges 5’ long. Stainless
Steel available as an option.
COATING
Standard finish is industrial hammertone gray. Other finishes
available.
SEALING SYSTEM
Comes complete with quick-release pin mounted EZ-SKIRT®
system with choice of skirting size and durometer.
TROUGH ANGLE
Will work with flat, 20,35,and 45 degree trough.
