Installation
The EZ-SKIRT® Conveyor Skirting System can
easily be retrofitted to your existing chutewalls.
The skirting is available in many sizes,
thicknesses and compounds. EZ-SKIRT®
Hangers are available in 45,60,70,80 and 90
degree angles for a custom fit to any trough
angle to seal your conveyor like no other
system.

System
Mount the 5-foot stainless steel hangers to
the chutewall,insert the skirting “T” lugs
into the serrated channels, and adjust the
skirting to the belt. The skirting holds
securely and adjusts in seconds by
pushing down or tapping with a mallet. No
nuts, bolts, clamps or fasteners to worry
about. Quick, easy peel-away removal for
maintenance. Sealing strips come in 5-foot
lengths with overlapping joints for a tight
seal.
